I was born and raised in Middle Georgia, splitting my time between Byron and Roberta.
My father's family have lived in Crawford County for generations,
being land owners on the west side of the county off HWY 128,
Avera Road and Carroll Road a mile from the Flint River and Taylor County Line.
My Grandfather, Josh Carroll and Father, Randy Carroll, both farmed for years.
I was raised as a country girl and plan to raise my children with the same values and respect for the land and others as I was.
My Mother's family have lived in Byron,
Peach County, since 1953.
My Grandfather, Dr. R. C. Barnes practiced medicine in Byron,
taking over Dr. Kay's practice. He practiced in the times of
house calls and delivered many babies in the area.
Now I take pride in practicing law in Byron,
just 2 blocks from where my Grandfather,
who I called "Boo," practiced medicine, and in continuing
the tradition of helping those in need in the area.
I am married to Jeremy "Dusty" Wilcox, my childhood sweetheart,
and we have been blessed with two children, Grace and Logan Wilcox.
My husband was born and raised in Fort Valley.
While you consider my representation in your legal matters,
remember that my family has been in the Crawford and Peach area for generations.
I was raised with good southern values and take great pride in that.
Being from your hometown area gives me insightful knowledge and understanding
that others simply won’t have. I will use that advantage, respect
and my experience to help you achieve all your legal goals.
Whatever your legal issue, it will be my single minded goal to help you
find fairness and equality within the laws of our community.
